OVERVIEW

This Little Goat is Stephanie Izard's brand of sauces, spices, and everything crunches inspired by flavors from her award-winning restaurants. The Iron Chef, Top Chef, and James Beard Award-winning chef approached L&Co to help level-up her company's outward communications, refine its brand identity, and position the company more competitively in a very competitive market.

This resulted in a full ecommerce website overhaul to better reflect the company's brand and improve the consumer experience, including a new automated email system and ongoing content strategy to more effectively engage customers throughout the buying cycle.

L&Co now supports This Little Goat with a full range of marketing services, including ongoing campaign strategies, social media management, overall brand management and brand leadership that extends to Stephanie's personal brand, as well as her various partnerships that include Amex, Lexus, Instant Brand, and others.
